All experiences are booked as a private voyage, just for your group. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests, with departures & returns from Pålsundet.

Departure times are available from 09:00 onwards.

Our experiences include a traditional Swedish fika, complete with cinnamon buns & chilled bottles of non-alcoholic juices & mousserande.

Please note there are no toilets on board, so we recommend planning accordingly before departure.

BOOKING POLICY

1. Tailored Experiences

To begin the booking process, please contact us via email to discuss your ideal experience, date, & group size.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once the details are finalized, we will send you an email with a personalized itinerary & price quote. Your booking will be confirmed after full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your spot on the experience.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

To confirm your reservation, we will email you a secure payment link.

RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

2. Weather & Operator Cancellations

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule your experience. You will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled experience will be charged the full amount & will not be eligible for a refund.
